Terms and conditions

We are not VAT payers. Our VAT ID is registered for receiving cross-border services. Prices shown are final and invoices do not include VAT.

These terms are for businesses ordering services for their company. If you are not ordering as a business, please contact us before placing an order.

The public offer on this website:

• A Google profile: 149 €. Delivery within 3 working days. Payment 100% upfront.
• B One-page website + Google profile: 490 €. Delivery within 7 working days. Payment: 50% deposit and 50% on handover.
• C Website + booking or enquiry form + Google profile: 890 €. Delivery within 10 working days. Payment: 50% deposit and 50% on handover.
• Optional website care: 49 €/month. It includes minor changes, updates, backups and functionality checks. Google profile posts and review responses are included in Care Plus.
• P1 Immediate enquiry acknowledgement: 190 € setup + 19 €/month. Delivery within 3 working days. AI version: 290 € + 29 €/month.
• P2 Google reviews on autopilot: 190 € setup + 29 €/month. Delivery within 4 working days. Plus: 290 € + 39 €/month.
• P3 Appointments without forgetting: 290 € setup + 29 €/month. Delivery within 5 working days. WhatsApp: 490 € + 49 €/month.
• P4 No missed call left unanswered: 290 € setup + 29 €/month. Delivery within 5 working days. 50 SMS messages per calendar month are included; each additional message costs €0.10.
• P5 Website AI assistant: 490 € setup + 49 €/month. Delivery within 10 working days.
• P6 Care Plus: 99 € setup + 79 €/month. Delivery within 5 working days. Replaces care at 49 €/month.
• Bundle P1 + P2 + P4: 590 € setup + 59 €/month. Delivery within 5 working days. The Bundle has no separate deadline in the price list. We state the maximum for its longest package, P4.

We quote work outside these packages in writing before starting. We offer websites and Google profiles to installation and service businesses and direct them to Installio. The automations that mainly complement Installio are P4 and P5. The scope is described on the Website and Google profile and Pricing.

The contract is formed when you accept the quote in writing and pay the amount due upfront. You can accept by email to agency@nexorio.io or by confirmation after a call, which we summarise by email. For package A and automation setup, the full setup price is due. For packages B and C, a 50% deposit is due. The monthly fee is not a condition for forming the setup contract. It starts only at launch.

• Package A: 100% upfront.
• Packages B and C: 50% deposit and 50% on handover.
• Automations P1 to P6 and the Bundle: setup is paid 100% upfront. Setup work begins after payment is received.
• The monthly fee starts at launch and is invoiced monthly in advance.
• For P4, SMS messages beyond 50 in a calendar month cost €0.10 each, billed in arrears with the next monthly fee.
• If a monthly invoice remains unpaid, we may suspend the service on the 14th day after its due date. Suspension is not performed automatically by the system. We restore the service after payment.

You pay for your website domain and hosting directly. They are not included in packages A, B and C.

The stated number of days is a maximum, not a promised handover date. It is counted only from receipt of your complete materials and the payment due upfront. The period does not run while materials are missing. Google verifies the Google profile; verification is not included in package A’s delivery period. If the automation processes your customers’ data, the period also depends on a signed data processing agreement where required for the package.

You provide the text, materials, access and approvals needed to complete the package. We contact you if anything is missing. Time spent waiting for missing materials is not counted towards delivery. You are responsible for the accuracy of your business details and for what we may tell your customers.

Handover means an email providing access, a preview or confirmation that the service is running. Acceptance means your written confirmation, payment of the remaining price for packages B and C, or your starting to use the service. Report defects before acceptance. We correct defects within the package scope at no extra charge.

Once the website price is fully paid, the website and content prepared for you belong to you. Templates, methods and tools we also use for other clients remain ours unless agreed otherwise in writing. Text, materials and data you provide remain yours.

We register the domain and hosting in your name, or transfer them to you at your request. If they are not in your name, let us know by email. We make the transfer after the website price is fully paid.

Care and monthly fees for P1 to P6 and the Bundle continue for an indefinite period. Send cancellation by email to agency@nexorio.io. It takes effect on the last day of the month in which we receive it. The service continues until then. That month’s fee is non-refundable because it is invoiced in advance. Setup fees already paid are not refunded on cancellation.

The Google profile, its verification and reviews depend on Google. Calls with us are booked through Google Calendar. P4 SMS messages are sent through an SMS gateway. You pay your carrier for the forwarded part of the call. AI in P1 and the assistant in P5 answer or suggest text only from approved materials. Appointment booking is not included in P5. We are not responsible for an outage or change at Google, the SMS gateway or the AI model. If this prevents completion of the package, we inform you and agree on an alternative approach within the same scope.

We prepare your website and Google profile so customers can find you more easily. We do not promise a specific number of customers, jobs or financial savings.

Liability for damage arising from one service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. This limit does not apply to intentional damage. We are not liable for decisions you make based on an audit result or for content you supplied.

Send complaints to agency@nexorio.io without undue delay after discovering the defect. State which service is affected and describe the defect. If the defect falls within the ordered package and is our responsibility, we will correct it. We do not state a fixed correction period in advance. We will tell you the timeframe in our reply based on what the defect requires.

We use materials, access and business information exchanged for a job only to deliver that job. The same applies to you if we provide access to anything outside the public offer on this website. The obligation continues until the information becomes public without breaching these terms.

These terms apply to new orders from their effective date. Existing agreements do not change automatically. If your request concerns an earlier order, include its reference in your email.

The governing law is that of the Slovak Republic. Disputes are resolved by the courts of the Slovak Republic.
